随着我国改革开放发以及加入WTO,特别是在“十一五”和“十二五”规划的正确指引下,我国国民经济取得了突飞猛进的发展,城镇居民的人均收入不断的增加,极大的改善了人们的生活质量。但随着全球经济一体化的进展,受到国际经济大环境的综合影响,为我国城镇人均消费支出带来新的挑战和问题,应用多变量统计分析方法,从可支配收入、价格指数、GDP等多个方面综合分析城镇人均消费支出情况,为促进我国城镇人均消费和谐健康增长,推动国民经济稳步发展提供决策依据。
