例1,女,18岁。15岁开始四肢麻木、肌肉痛,逐渐加重。16岁起受凉、劳累后手足搐搦,严重时失去知觉、手足搐搦伴喉鸣、意识丧失,持续几分钟到半小时。发作时静注钙剂能缓解,偶尔自行缓解。多则每日发作数次,少则每月一次。曾按癫痫治疗无效。于1984年4日5日收住院。患者系第二胎,足月顺产,母孕期正常,学习成绩差,父母非近亲。两兄弟无同样疾病。既往无肾肩及慢性腹泻史,无颈部手术、放疗史。检查:神清,皮肤干燥,头发全部脱落,血压14.63/9.31kPa(110/70mmHg)。身高130cm,体重30kg,指距118cm,圆脸,体型略胖,手足短而宽,颈短。颅神经(-),病理反射(-)。缺钙弹指试验(+),缺钙束臂试验(+)。
