我市科技工作,在科教兴国大气候的推动下,在各级党委、政府的关心、支持下,经过科技主管部门和广大科技工作者的共同努力,应当说做出了不小的成绩。据1995年全省科技进步统计监测公报,我市农业科技进步的贡献率达到46.1％,居全省首位,工业科技进步的贡献率达43.1％,居全省第五位。这是一个了不起的结果。但是,宏观科技工作的力度还不够
