自上海科技体制改革以来,科研单位如何面向社会主义市场经济,建立全新的现代企业管理制度以及我院如何抓住好城市建设发展的大好机遇呢?这是我们科研单位当前改革的重点,也是我院当前改革的重点。现在的问题是如何抓好、落实这一重点呢?笔者认为,我们应运用现代市场经济管理的基本原理原则,从自身的实际情况出发,从根本上来解决科研单位原则的机制问题,使科研单位在新的机制运作下,焕发其特有青春和活力。
