本文介绍一种可以比较精确地确定多相流量计工作性能的有用方法。通常,人们讨论多相流量计的性能时,首先讨论它的“准确度”问题。本文建议人们应该讨论研究多相流量计的“工作范围”,该种“工作范围”的定义为气、液流量两相图的某一范围。这是因为在许多油田中,一般油井在井口处的气体体积流量百分比为90%,其变化范围为:50%~90%。其次,有利于对一些已知多相流量计的工作范围进行估算。但是,它们不一定完全工作在其工作范围之内。对这种情况,所给出的数据是由理论推导补充的。显然,对这些多相流量计来说,所估算的工作范围与许多油井的测量范围不吻合。当气体体积流量比高于90%时,这种情况更明显。恐怕这可能是很普遍的情况。另外,油井产量的急剧变化也将影响多相流量计的测量性能,这个问题亦应进一步地研究。
This article describes a useful method for accurately determining the performance of multiphase flowmeters. Often, when discussing the performance of a multiphase flowmeter, one first discusses its “accuracy” problem. This paper suggests that one should discuss the “working range” of multiphase flowmeters, which is defined as a range of two-phase diagrams of gas and liquid flow rates. This is because, in many fields, the percentage of gas volumetric flow at a wellhead in a typical well is 90%, varying from 50% to 90%. Second, it is useful to estimate the working range of some known multiphase flowmeters. However, they do not necessarily work entirely within their area of work. In this case, the data given are derived from the theoretical derivation. Obviously, for these multi-phase flowmeters, the estimated operating range does not match the measurement range of many wells. This is more noticeable when the gas volume flow ratio is higher than 90%. I am afraid this may be a very common situation. In addition, drastic changes in well production will also affect the measurement performance of multiphase flowmeters, and this issue should be further studied.
