探讨新疆棉田膜下滴灌方式下土壤速效磷空间分布的规律,在棉花不同生育期,采用0.5molL-1NaHCO3浸提-钼蓝比色法,从水平方向和垂直方向上测定棉田土壤速效磷含量。结果表明:棉花不同生育期垂直方向上土壤速效磷的变化随着土层深度的增加均呈减小的趋势;棉田各土层土壤速效磷随生育进程的推进呈逐渐下降的变化趋势,而不同土层之间又存在差异;水平方向上土壤速效磷的变化受株行配置的影响;随棉花生育进程的推进,水平方向土壤速效磷变化从苗期到吐絮期呈逐渐下降趋势。
The spatial distribution patterns of soil available P in Xinjiang cotton field under drip irrigation were studied. The contents of available P in cotton soil were determined from the horizontal and vertical directions with 0.5 mol L-1 NaHCO 3 leaching-molybdenum blue colorimetry at different growth stages. The results showed that the changes of soil available P in the vertical direction at different growth stages of cotton showed a decreasing trend with the increase of soil depth. The contents of available phosphorus in soil layers declined gradually with the progress of growth and development, The differences of soil available phosphorus were also observed. The changes of soil available P in the horizontal direction were affected by the plant configuration. With the advancement of cotton growth, the available-phosphorus content in the horizontal direction decreased gradually from seedling stage to boll opening stage.
