近些年来我国经济发展速度加快,交通运输业发展迅速。随着我国公路运输行业的快速发展,我国现有的国道已经慢慢的进入了病害的高发期。由于国道在公路交通运输中不可替代的地位,对于国道养护技术与成本管理的研究也逐渐成为交通行业的主要研究课题。由于近些年来的材料价格上涨以及人工费上涨等一系列社会原因导致现有的公路养护技术与成本管理方式逐渐不能有效的适应当下的国道养护工作。所以通过进行相应的理论研究与实际工作经验相结合进行了一下几点研究:(1)针对现有的技术进行研究,研究分析现有的养护技术以及养护机械进行相应的研究,得到了制约养护成本管理与技术发展的主要问题;(2)针对现有的国道养护过程中成本管理的问题进行相应的研究与分析,得到了养护管理机制中所存在的问题与相应的解决办法;(3)针对现有的国道养护管理中关于养护资金进行相应的研究,通过理论与实践相结合找到了养护资金中存在的相应问题以及解决办法。
In recent years, China’s economic growth has accelerated, and the transportation industry has developed rapidly. With the rapid development of China’s road transport industry, the existing national highway in our country has slowly entered the high incidence of disease. Due to the irreplaceable role of the national highway in the road transportation, the research on the national maintenance technology and cost management has gradually become the major research topic in the transportation industry. As a result of a series of social reasons such as rising material prices and labor costs in recent years, the existing road maintenance technologies and cost management methods gradually can not effectively adapt to the current national road maintenance work. Therefore, by carrying out the corresponding theoretical research and practical work experience, a couple of researches are carried out: (1) According to the existing technologies, researching and analyzing the existing curing technologies and curing machinery, Cost management and technology development; (2) In view of the existing problems of cost management in the process of national road maintenance, the problems and corresponding solutions in the maintenance management mechanism have been obtained; (3) Aiming at the existing research on conservation funds in the national highway maintenance and management, we find out the corresponding problems and solutions in the conservation funds through the combination of theory and practice.
