桥式起重机大车车轮在运行过程中,由于某种原因,使车轮与轨道产生横向滑动,导致车轮轮缘与轨道挤紧,引起运行阻力增大,造成车轮轮缘与钢轨磨损的现象称为啃轨。啃轨将使车轮与钢轨的使用寿命大大降低,严重时还会使起重机脱轨,造成设备和人身伤亡事故,并且对轨道的固定和房梁(或路基)都有不同程度的破坏。笔者根据实践经验,总结了车轮啃轨的原因及安全防护措施。
During the operation process of overhead traveling truck wheel, due to some reasons, the wheel and the track will be caused to slide laterally, resulting in crowding of the wheel rim and the track, causing the running resistance to increase, resulting in the wear of the wheel rim and the rail as Gnaw track. Gnawing the rails will greatly reduce the service life of the wheels and the rails, and may even cause the derailment of the cranes in severe cases, resulting in equipment and personal injury accidents, and may have different degrees of damage to the rail fixing and the girders (or subgrade). The author based on practical experience, summed up the reasons for the wheels gnawing rail and safety precautions.
