热稠油长输管道与普通原油管道相比,具有两个明显的特点:一是在一定起点温度和管线压降下,管线流量的计算可能受到不稳定流量区间的影响,在不稳定区间内管线摩阻损失是流量的单调递减函数;二是稠油运输过程中的流动状态可能位于层流或紊流过度区,层流、紊流两种流动状态下摩阻系数存在较大差异。应用控制变量法,在保持其他变量不变的情况下,单一改变起点温度、传热系数和稠油流量,计算各种情况下管线的摩阻损失,绘制水力特性曲线,观察各种因素对不稳定区间的作用,分析各个参数对摩阻损失的影响。
