This paper introduces the serial communication standard, proposes a serial port communication design scheme based on NIOS II embedded soft-core processor, and focuses on the hardware design process of serial port circuit based on NIOS II. It also expounds the hardware design process of serial port circuit in NIOS II integrated development environment Software implementation process. Serial communication based on NIOS II can be applied to the navigation solution system to realize the database loading of the navigation solution chip.
