党的十八大提出“为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的公共卫生和基本医疗服务”[1],要完成这一重要任务,必须要有大批高水平的社区卫生服务人才。近年来,宁波市鄞州区第三医院在全区率先开展社区卫生人才队伍建设,取得了显著成效,但仍然存在“招不进”和“留不住”这两大难题,亟需进一步采取措施加以解决。
The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that “providing the public with safe, effective, convenient and affordable public health and basic medical services” [1]. To accomplish this important task, there must be a large number of high-level community health service personnel . In recent years, the Third Hospital of Ningbo Yinzhou District took the lead in carrying out the construction of community health personnel in the whole district and achieved remarkable results. However, there are still two major problems such as “not moving into” and “unable to retain” Need to take further measures to solve it.
