人力资源逐渐成为现代企事业单位在生产经营中的决定因素,而如何做好员工的培训成为了当前企事业单位对人力资源管理的关键所在。然而不同的行业对员工的培训工作各不相同,本文将着重探索电力企业如何做好员工的培训规划,如何能让职工立足岗位成长,全面提升职业素质。笔者认为,对电力企业员工的培养应以博为主,将电力企业的员工培养成精通多技能的复合型人才是全面提升员工职业素质的基本方法。
