大型空气分离设备,是发展我國冶金工业和化学肥料工业所必需的重要設备之一。今年大跃進以來,我厂試制成功了3350立方公尺/时的大型空气分离設备,來支援鋼铁和粮食二元帅升帳。在該設备的φ2232×60大孔板上,有φ8.2孔一万七千七百十八只要加工。原鑽孔时,是用RF_3A型匈式大搖臂镔床上以两軸同时鑽孔,每孔鑽削工时需1.30分钟,每加工一另件須37天。由于該鑽床是我厂关键設备,同时这样長周期跟不上生產需要,我厂以螞蟻啃骨头方法設計了一台結构簡單的移动式小鑽床,來代
Large-scale air separation equipment is one of the important equipment necessary for the development of China’s metallurgical industry and chemical fertilizer industry.
