一、典型病例:患者武佚军,男,13岁,因三年前由于外伤致左尺桡骨开放性骨折感染。现已畸形愈合,肢体活动功能障碍,于1996年1月22日就诊。经检查左前臂明显肌内萎缩,成角畸形,前臂中下段可见异常活动,旋转功能差,手掌及手指握力明显减低,感觉及活动尚可,X拍片示:左侧桡骨缺损约5cm,二断端骨髓腔消失,骨质疏松,骨干明显变细。尺骨成角畸形愈合。
