课堂教学不是简单的知识学习的过程,而是师生共同成长的过程,这种过程应以学生的自主活动为主,使他们摆脱那种单一的、被动的、僵化不变的角色地位。这就要求教师在课堂上要想方设法调动和发挥学生的积极性和主动性。在多次的教学实践后,我发现运用多种手段给学生创设各种转换角色的机会,让学生“换一种身份”出现在课堂上,体验不同角色带来的乐趣,能使学生主动、热情地投入学习。
Classroom teaching is not a simple process of knowledge learning, but a process of teachers and students growing together. Such a process should focus on the students’ autonomous activities, so that they can get rid of those single, passive and rigid roles.
