随着改革开放的深入和国有企业劳动人事制度的改革,在职工中,一种“蓝领与白领”的提法大有取代“职工是企业的主人”这一社会主义企业原则。认为“企业好不好,责任在领导”、“职工与厂长、经理签订了劳动合同后,国有企业的职工已变成了企业的劳动力和雇佣劳动者了”。对于这样一个关系到经济改革和国有企业健康发展的重大问题,如果我们没有清醒的认识,势必影响职工投身改革和建设的积极性,妨碍工人阶级群体形象的树立。对此,我想重新提出新时期职工主人翁地位问题,谈一点粗浅的认识。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the reform of the labor and personnel system in state-owned enterprises, the reference to “blue-collar workers and white-collar workers” has largely replaced the principle of “employees are the masters of enterprises” as a socialist enterprise principle. After thinking that “the business is good or bad, the responsibility is in the leadership,” and the “employee has signed a labor contract with the factory manager and manager, the employees of the state-owned enterprise have become the company’s labor force and wage-workers.” For such a major issue related to economic reform and the healthy development of state-owned enterprises, if we do not have a clear understanding, it will inevitably affect the enthusiasm of employees to join in the reform and construction and hinder the establishment of the image of the working class. In this regard, I would like to re-introduce the issue of the status of the employees in the new era and talk about a little superficial understanding.
