为探讨多巴胺活动亢盛与精神分裂症的关系,采用高压液相色谱法分别测定了66例精神分裂症病人、24例精神分裂症病人一级亲属和50例正常对照3组人群血清中多巴胺代谢产物高香草酸(HVA)的含量。结果,病人组和一级亲属组HVA含量显著高于对照组,病人组和一级亲属组间无显著性差异。病人组内男性HVA含量显著高于女性。一级亲属组和对照组内男女间含量无显著差异。该研究结果提示,精神分裂症患者体内存在多巴胺代谢亢盛,而且这种代谢异常与遗传有关
To investigate the relationship between dopamine hyperactivity and schizophrenia, the levels of dopamine in serum of 66 schizophrenia patients, 24 first-degree relatives of schizophrenia patients and 50 normal controls were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography Product High Vanillic acid (HVA) content. As a result, HVA levels in patients and first-degree relatives were significantly higher than those in controls, with no significant difference between patients and first-degree relatives. The content of HVA in male patients was significantly higher than that in women. There was no significant difference between men and women in first-degree relatives and controls. The findings suggest that dopamine metabolism is present in patients with schizophrenia and that this metabolic abnormality is genetically related
