为进一步推进湖北资本营运、整体搞活国有经济,省政府发展研究中心、省体改委、省财办、省证券公司、证券时报社共同发起的湖北资本营运研讨会于9月在武汉召开.参加这次研讨会的有省内外著名专家学者、省直综合部门负责同志、上市公司和股份公司代表共90余人,大家围绕资本营运的概念、资本营运的主体、资本市场、资本营运的方式及政策环境等专题进行了深入的探讨与交流.现将其中一些观点作一归纳.
