齐鲁石化总公司炼油厂,最近采取了油压启动集中控制方案,实现了焦炭塔出口阀门开关切换机械化。经过近一年的考验,运行良好。其工作原理非常简单,利用一台1~1/2″的齿轮油泵,配备一个1/4 m~3的油箱,建立一个集中控制油站,用1/4″油管分别通向各个阀门,将阀门手轮去掉,改装成一套油动活塞机构,借助活塞上部(或下部)的油压带动阀板关闭(或开启)阀门。操作方便安全可靠,并为延迟焦化装置实现程序控制解除了一层障碍。
