随着物价机构自上而下的调整改革 ,物价工作面临职能转变和重新定位等一系列新问题 ,相应的价格管理组织体系也需要探讨科学模式。按照国家计委的调研要求和国家计委副主任汪洋同志加快职能转变做好价格工作的指示精神 ,陕西省物价研究所李宗显同志撰写了这篇《新时期物价工作职能和体制问题研究》分析报告。该文从新时期物价工作的职能入手 ,针对价格职能上的薄弱环节 ,围绕完善现行组织管理体制 ,展开了强化物价工作职能的思路。本刊推出该文 ,旨在解放思想 ,活跃思维 ,为新时期价格管理工作的职能、性质正确定位。并以期对正在进行的市县机构改革产生一些积极影响。
As price agencies adjust and reform from top to bottom, prices work faces a series of new problems such as functional changes and reorientation. Corresponding price management organization systems also need to explore scientific models. In accordance with the investigation and planning requirements of the State Development Planning Commission and Comrade Wang Yang, deputy director of the State Development Planning Commission, to speed up the transformation of functions and do a good job in guiding price work, Comrade Li Zongxian of Price Research Institute of Shaanxi Province wrote an analysis report on the research on price functions and systems in the new period . Starting from the function of price work in the new era, this paper focuses on improving the current organization and management system and launches the idea of strengthening the function of price management. The publication of this article aims to emancipate the mind, active thinking, the price management for the new era of work functions, the nature of the correct positioning. And hopefully will have some positive impact on the ongoing reform of municipal and county institutions.
