近日,四川省南充市查获一起非法制售假药逾100万元的大案。自1998年以来,涉案人母安勋、王洪太肆无忌惮地制售假药、过期失效药,销售给个体诊所、药贩和药店,甚至堂而皇之地摆到了市中心的镇卫生院。更为恶劣的是,他们将兽药撕去标签,贴上买来的人用药标签——从严迪、利君沙、头孢氮、卞青霉素、阿莫西林,到金嗓子喉宝、达克宁胶囊,只要是广告上有的药几乎全被仿冒。
