近年来我们在临床中遇到服“没药”引起过敏反应二例。现报道如下: 例1:赵××,女,18岁,1985年11月4日就诊。自述每逢经期来潮,少腹剧痛难忍,月经色黑有块,畏寒。诊见脉沉弦,苔薄白,舌质暗有齿痕。根据脉症相参,此证属寒凝经脉,瘀血停滞,方药以少腹逐瘀汤加减:当归12g,赤芍10g,红花6g,玄胡10g,制没药
