本文观察了静注和肌内注射灯盏花注射液对家兔全血及血浆粘度的影响。结果表明,静注20mg/kg后,2h及4h全血粘度明显下降,p分别<0.05和0.001。肌内注射每天10mg/kg,连续14天,在注射后第三天及第七天全血粘度也明显下降,p分别<0.01及0.05。但血浆粘度均无明显变化。作者认为,本药其降低全血粘度的作用可能同其抑制红细胞聚集有关。
In this paper, the effects of intravenous injection and intramuscular injection of Erigeron breviscapus injection on the viscosity of whole blood and plasma in rabbits were observed. The results showed that after intravenous injection of 20 mg/kg, the whole blood viscosity decreased significantly at 2h and 4h, p<0.05 and 0.001, respectively. Intramuscular injection of 10 mg/kg daily for 14 days resulted in a significant decrease in whole blood viscosity on the third and seventh days after injection, p <0.01 and 0.05, respectively. However, there was no significant change in plasma viscosity. The authors believe that the drug’s role in reducing whole blood viscosity may be related to its inhibition of red blood cell aggregation.
