探讨声门上喉癌隐性颈淋巴结转移更有价值的预测方法。［方法］应用免疫组化染色检测血管内皮生长因子 （ＶＥＧＦ）和Ⅱ型一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ２）的表达，回顾性分析１２９例声门上喉癌的病例资料。［结果］ＶＥＧＦ和ＮＯＳ２的表达与声门上型 喉癌颈淋巴结转移呈正相关。［结论］ＶＥＧＦ和ＮＯＳ２的表达结果可指导临床对声门上型喉癌Ｎ_０病例应用选择性颈清扫术。
To investigate the prognostic value of latent cervical lymph node metastasis in supraglottic carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and type 2 nitric oxide synthase (NOS2) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinical data of 129 cases of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] The expressions of VEGF and NOS2 were positively correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma. [Conclusion] The results of VEGF and NOS2 expression can guide the clinical application of selective neck dissection in the case of N0 cases of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma.
