国家统计局日前公布,经过初步调整后,2007年中国经济增长为11.9%,当年GDP总值接近25万亿元人民币。如果没有大的意外,中国经济的列车在2008年仍将保持10%左右的高速增长。不过,与中国不错的经济基本面相比,中国的房地产业却正经历前所未有的寒冬。国家对信贷投放方向进行严厉管制的政策实施数个月以来,越来越多的房地产企业开始感觉到资金链绷得非常紧。从目前形势来看,很多房地产企业已经岌岌可危。一个标志性的事件是恒大地产赴港IPO夭折。
