一是完善协调机制,落实安置政策。佳木斯市建立了由市政府牵头,相关部门定期召开的协调会制度,由市民政局、监察局、人事局、劳动和社会保障局四部门联合监督检查,加大督促检查力度。二是以培训促就业,实现专项安置。为适应市场经济条件下由市场需要配置劳动力的客观要求,积极开展专项职业技能培训,提高退役士兵择业技能,实现多方就业,进一步拓宽退役士兵安置渠道。不断加强与专业院校的合作,充分利用专业培训场所,努力做好技能培训和就业服
