新生儿硬肿症是新生儿期常见的危重症之一 ,重症硬肿多伴有出血倾向 ,是导致本病重要死亡原因之一。我院于 1997年 8月～ 1999年 6月收治 5 4例新生儿硬肿症。采用低分子右旋糖酐和复方丹参联合治疗 ,现将效果报道如下。1　诊断与标准所有入院患者均符合“中华医学会第二届全国 Neonatal scleredema is one of the common critical illness in neonatal period.
