我车间在汽车驾驶室进行分装和总装时,很多地方是采用点焊接。工艺要求焊装件在焊接部位必须干净、无锈、无绝缘体或其他电阻大的杂质。而为防止钢板在焊前发生锈蚀,焊装件在焊前均需喷涂铁红醇酸底漆,但这种底漆干后具有良好的绝缘性。因此,为不影响点焊,在焊前又需将零件焊接部位的底漆打磨干净。这样不仅造成油漆和工时的浪费,而且造成点焊焊缝内钢板因无漆膜保护而很快产生锈蚀,从而影响驾驶室的寿命。我厂曾以三辆越野汽车作试验,汽车在行驶3000公里以后,就发现焊缝内有黄色锈迹。驾驶室顶盖焊缝的锈蚀更为明显,经雨水一淋,焊缝就流“黄水”,这就成为我厂生产的越野汽车的主要质量问题之一。为了解决这一问题,这就给我车间提出了研制一种既能防锈又不会防碍点焊的新型底漆一导电底漆的课题。

This will not only result in the waste of paint and working hours, but also cause corrosion of the steel plate in the spot welding seam due to no paint film protection, thus affecting the life span of the cab. I plant had three off-road vehicles for testing, the car after driving 3000 km, found that the weld has yellow rust. Corrosion of the cab roof welding seam is more obvious, after a rain shower, the weld flows “yellow water”, which became one of the main quality problems I off-road vehicles produced by the plant. In order to solve this problem, this gave me the workshop to develop a new type of primer that can both prevent rust and spot welding.
