葛州坝是万里长江第一坝,是世界瞩目的伟大工程。在葛州坝安装运行的17万千瓦和12.5万千瓦水轮发电机组,对国家经济建设做出了贡献。特别是17万千瓦水轮机是目前世界上转轮直径最大的低水头水机,它的设计制造对传统规范有所突破,在学术界发生过争论。1982年夏,四川和湖北省科协邀请全国水轮机专家在宜昌举行了专题学术讨论会,会议对17万水轮机组的设计制造给予了肯定,做出了实事求是的评价,认为它对于我国今后水电事业发展和大机设计制造提供了科学根据。我们发表的东方电机厂和哈尔滨大电机研究所的一组论文,对17万千瓦和12.5万千瓦水轮发电机组有关问题进行了论述。
Gezhouba dam is the first dam of the Yangtze River, is the world’s great project. Gezhouba installed in the operation of 170,000 kilowatts and 125,000 kilowatts hydro-generating units, made a contribution to the country’s economic construction. In particular, the 170 MW hydro turbine is the world’s largest low-water turbine with the largest runner diameter. Its design and manufacturing has made breakthroughs in the traditional norms and debates have been made in academia. In the summer of 1982, Sichuan and Hubei Provincial Association for Science and Technology invited national turbine experts to hold a special symposium in Yichang. The meeting affirmed the design and manufacture of 170,000 hydro-turbine units and made a pragmatic evaluation. We published a series of dissertations from Dongfang Electrical Machinery Factory and Harbin Institute of Electrical Engineers and discussed issues related to 170MW and 125MW WTG units.
