在没有组织同学们参加课外研究小组以前,先根据教学的内容、土地面积、学生人数、教师的力量等,做好课外小组活动的总的工作计划。在计划中规定着可以成立多少个小组、小组的区域划分、根据教学大纲和教材应做哪些实验、在领导小组上教师如何分工等,然后再根据统一计划开展工作。成立课外小组,首先要求同学们明确参加课外活动的目的和要求,这是保证课外活动得以顺利开展的基本关键。
