用悬挂砂轮机清理大型铸件是铸造厂内最艰苦的工作之一。本文首先阐述了这种清理工艺的许多缺点,然后提出了解决此问题的办法,即改用装有传感系统的机械手来清理大型铸件。特别值得注意的是这种打磨清理装置的设计和包括粉尘排放设施在内的工作场地的布置。这种清理工艺具有许多优点。
Using a hanging grinder to clean large castings is one of the toughest jobs in the foundry. This paper begins with a description of many of the shortcomings of this cleaning process, and then proposes a solution to this problem by using robotic sensors equipped with sensing systems to clean large castings. Of particular note is the design of such sanding and cleaning equipment and the placement of workplaces, including dust discharge facilities. This cleaning process has many advantages.
