本文探讨了CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_2系烧结焊剂中CaF_2对熔渣碱度的影响,研究了焊剂中CaF_2含量与焊缝金属中扩散氢含量[H]_D及氧含量[O]的关系,并对焊缝金属中非金属夹杂物的数量及分布形态进行了分析。
In this paper, the influence of CaF_2 on the basicity of slag in CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_2 based sintered flux was studied. The relationship between the content of CaF_2 in flux and the diffusible hydrogen content [H] _D and the oxygen content [O] in the weld metal was studied. The number and distribution of non-metallic inclusions in weld metal were analyzed.
