挂号平台与网上大厅是两类典型的在线公共服务,在技术接受模型与计划行为理论的基础上,结合各自用户特点,构建用户接受度模型。对患者(n=222)和证件申请者(n=204)进行抽样调查,并使用结构方程模型对样本数据进行比较分析和讨论。研究发现:感知到有用性、感知到好用性、人际影响、媒体影响、便利条件、自我效能对挂号平台与网上大厅的用户使用意图有显著影响;信息系统质量没有显著影响;医疗资源的稀缺性导致信任的影响不显著。最终基于比较研究的结果,提出优化北京市在线公共服务用户接受度的对策建议。
The registered platform and the online lobby are two typical online public services. Based on the theory of technology acceptance and planning, combined with the characteristics of each user, a user acceptance model is constructed. A sample of patients (n = 222) and document applicants (n = 204) was sampled and compared using structural equation modeling for comparative analysis and discussion of the sample data. The findings are as follows: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, interpersonal influence, media influence, convenience conditions, self-efficacy have significant effect on the users’ intention to use the registered platform and the online lobby; the quality of information system has no significant effect; the scarcity of medical resources The impact of sexual trust has not been significant. Finally, based on the results of comparative studies, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the acceptance of online public service users in Beijing.
