由四川大学管理学院、四川省管理科学学会联合主办的“中国大型工业企业发展 战略”研讨会于 １９９９年 １１月 ２７－ ２８日在四川大学国际会议中心召开。来自北京大学、南京大 学、中国人民大学、浙江大学、武汉大学、中山大学、华中理工大学等国内著名高校，国家经 贸委等政府部门，《中国工业经济》、《管理世界》、《光明日报》、《经济日报》、《经济研究参考》 等单位以及青岛双星、重庆建设、长安集团等国内外知名大企业的专家学者、政府官员和企业 家等百余名代表参加了会议。会议围绕中国大型工业企业的发展战略及其相关问题进行了探讨， 现将会议探讨的主要问题和观点摘录如下。
The Seminar on “Development Strategy of China's Large-scale Industrial Enterprises” co-sponsored by Management School of Sichuan University and Sichuan Management Science Institute was held on November 27-28, 1999 at the International Convention Center of Sichuan University. From China University of Peking, Nanjing University, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Huazhong University of Science and other famous universities, State Economic and Trade Commission and other government departments, “China's industrial economy,” “Management World”, “Guangming Daily” , “Economic Daily”, “Economic Research and Reference” and other well-known large enterprises at home and abroad such as Qingdao Double Star, Chongqing Construction, Chang'an Group, government officials and entrepreneurs attended the meeting. The conference discussed the development strategy of large-scale industrial enterprises in China and related issues. The main issues and opinions discussed in the meeting are summarized as follows.
