作为一名新课改形势下的教师,怎样给学生搭建一个释放个性的舞台,怎样让课堂成为学生自由学习的乐园是一项重要的课题。本文从三个方面论述了怎样让小学数学课堂成为孩子自由学习的乐园:建立平等和谐的师生关系;采用游戏教学法;采用自主探究学习方式。
As a teacher in the new curriculum reform, how to build a stage for students to release their personality and how to make the classroom a free learning paradise for students is an important issue. This article discusses how to make elementary mathematics classroom a paradise for children to learn freely from three aspects: establishing an equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students; adopting the method of game teaching; and adopting the method of autonomous inquiry and study.
