近年来,依法治统逐渐成为各级统计部门履行职能的主要方式。但是,统计行政执法过程与《统计法》对依法治统提出的要求,还有较大差距。各级统计部门及其工作人员必须从加强对统计资料的管理、收集、整理、提供等方面入手,更加有效地使统计资料为社会主义现代化建设服务。而规范统计行政行为、强化法律责任必须要正确认识和处理好以下几个关系:
In recent years, the rule of law system has gradually become the main way for the statistical departments at all levels to perform their functions. However, there is still a long way to go before the statistical administrative law enforcement process and the “statistic law” put forward the requirements of governing the country according to law.
