本文用 AC-80型 NMR 谱仪对二价金属离子与 DNA 作用进行了一些研究,首次在天然 DNA 水溶液状态下,用~(31)P NMR 观察到了不同二价金属离子与 DNA 的不同作用结果.
In this paper, some studies on the interaction between divalent metal ions and DNA using AC-80 NMR spectrometer were carried out. For the first time, different effects of different divalent metal ions and DNA were observed by ~ (31) P NMR in natural DNA aqueous solution .
