经济参考报2015-11-19报道(摘要):记者采访了解到,目前环境保护税法草案正在进行最后完善,最快将于今年年底前由国务院审议通过草案。接受采访的专家称,明年上半年环境保护税法草案有望提交全国人大常委会审议,这意味着每年数百亿元规模的环境保护税开征可期。开征环境税已研究多年。记者了解到,环境保护税法草案或将明确征税对象分为大气污染物、水污染物、固体废物和噪声等4类,征税标准与现行的排污费收费标准基本持平。
