目的探讨采用耳内镜下外耳道清理联合派瑞松治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的疗效观察。方法选取本院2014年5月至2015年12月诊治的64例霉菌性外耳道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组:治疗组采用耳内镜下双氧水清理外耳道后用派瑞松药膏布药;对照组双氧水清洗外耳道后外涂抗真菌药。结果 1周内治疗组的总有效率为90.6%,对照组总有效率为68.7%,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01),提示治疗组优于对照组。结论耳内镜下外耳道清理联合派瑞松布药治疗霉菌性外耳道炎可显著提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of external ear canal cleaning with endoperebroside in the treatment of fungal otitis externa. Methods Sixty-four patients with fungal otitis externa in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Pegasys ointment after cleaning the external auditory canal with endo- Group of hydrogen peroxide after cleaning the external auditory canal anti-fungal drugs. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6% in 1 week, and the total effective rate in the control group was 68.7%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01), which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions Endomyoscope external auditory canal cleaning combined with Psoriasis Clinic for the treatment of fungal otitis externa can significantly improve the curative effect.
