根据国家科学技术部1988年颁布的《实验动物管理条例》和卫生部1998年颁布的《医学实验动物管理实施细则》,本刊对论文中有关实验动物的描述,要求写清楚以下事项:(1)品种、品系及亚系的确切名称;(2)遗传背景或其来源;(3)微生物检测状况;(4)性别、年龄、体质量;(5)质量等级及合格证书编号;(6)饲养环境和实验环境;(7)健康状况;(8)对实验动物的处理方式。医学实验动物分为4级:1级为普通级;2级为清洁级;3级为无特定病原体(SPF)级;4级为无菌级
According to the “Regulations for the Administration of Laboratory Animals” promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 1988 and the “Detailed Rules for the Administration of Medical Laboratory Animal Management” promulgated by the Ministry of Health in 1998, the journal publishes descriptions of experimental animals and requires that the following items be clearly stated: (2) the genetic background or its source; (3) the status of the detection of microorganisms; (4) the sex, age and body weight; (5) the quality level and certificate number; Breeding environment and experimental environment; (7) health status; (8) the treatment of experimental animals.
