目的:分析和探讨85例达英-35治疗高雄激素血症的疗效。方法:对85例高雄激素血症患者给予达英-35治疗,观察患者的生殖激素水平及子宫、卵巢变化。结果:服药后患者的FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T、SHBG及FAI等生殖激素水平较服药前均有显著变化;治疗后患者卵巢体积和子宫内膜厚度变化明显,P<0.05,提示存在显著性差异。结论:达英-35对高雄激素血症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the curative effect of 85 cases of angina-35 treatment of hyperandrogenism. Methods: Eighty-five patients with hyperandrogenism were given adefovir-35. The reproductive hormone levels, uterine and ovarian changes were observed. Results: After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, LH / FSH, T, SHBG and FAI in reproductive hormones significantly changed compared with those before treatment. The changes of ovarian volume and endometrial thickness were significantly different after treatment Significant difference. Conclusion: Da-Ying -35 on hyperandrogenism curative effect is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
