甘草甜素(Glycyrrhizine,GCZ)又名甘草酸(glycyrrhifie acid),为五环型三萜类齐墩果烷(Ol-eanane)衍生物甘草次酸的二葡萄糖苷酸(diglucuronide),系中药甘草的甜味成份.其化学结构与皮质类固醇相似,具有潴钠排钾,抗炎、抗过敏及利胆解毒,抑制肿瘤等作用.目前,仅见到甘草的糖成份具有分裂原样作用的报道,而其对机体防御及免疫反应的作用尚未见报道.本实验观察甘草甜素97%纯晶品对系统性白念珠菌感染小鼠的防御作用,并对其作用机理进行讨论.
Glycyrrhizine (GCZ), also known as glycyrrhifie acid, is a diglucuronide of pentacyclic triterpenoid oleanic acid derivative glycyrrhetinic acid, Its chemical structure is similar to that of corticosteroids and has the functions of reserving sodium and potassium, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and gallbladder detoxification, inhibiting tumor, etc. At present, only the glycogen components of licorice are seen to have the function of splitting intact, Its role in body defense and immune response has not been reported.In this experiment, we observed the defensive effect of 97% pure glycyrrhizin on mice infected with systemic Candida albicans and discussed its mechanism.
