从天然和人工合成的化合物中筛选抗人精液液化和杀精活性的药物,寻找局部避孕剂,仍是计划生育工作努力探索的课题。近年Mandal等系统筛选了多种天然与合成的酶抑制剂及非活化剂,结果证明18种化合物有完全阻止精液液化的效能,其中10种有很强的杀精子活性。在此基础上,我们对间苯二酚,对硝基苯酚等8种化合物进行抗精液液化及杀精活性观察,从而为筛选有效、安全的抗液化及杀精剂进行某些探索。
Screening of natural and synthetic compounds for anti-human semen liquefaction and spermicidal drugs, looking for topical contraceptives, is still the subject of family planning efforts to explore. In recent years Mandal and other systems screened a variety of natural and synthetic enzyme inhibitors and non-activators, the results show that 18 kinds of compounds have completely blocked semen liquefaction performance, of which 10 have a strong spermicidal activity. On this basis, we investigated the anti-semen liquefaction and spermicidal activity of 8 compounds, such as resorcinol and p-nitrophenol, to explore some effective and safe anti-liquefaction and spermicidal agents.
