过程成像技术(Process Tomography,简称PT)是新型的过程参数检测技术,是一种非侵入式的流动可视化技术。类似于医学成像(CT)的原理,过程成像技术采用传感器阵列对流体的流动状况进行检测,通过图像重建技术,由计算机显示二维流动图像。由于检测对象处于运动状态,过程成像系统需具有快速、实时的特点。此项技术涉及物理、数学、电子学、计算机、机械以及动力工程、化学工程等各种学科领域的知识,是一门交叉学科,它的兴起与发展是基于多相流技术研究的需要,目前在流体力学和多相流技术的实验研究中已有成功应用的实例。过程成像技术的发展对于工业生产过程具有巨大的潜在效益,欧盟科技委员会(EC)在欧洲支持了为期4年的研究计划(1992~1995),称作Europen Concerned Action on Process To-
Process Tomography (PT) is a new process parameter detection technology that is a non-invasive flow visualization technology. Similar to the principle of medical imaging (CT), the process imaging technology uses a sensor array to detect the flow of fluid and displays the two-dimensional flow image by a computer through image reconstruction. As the test object is in motion, the process imaging system needs to be fast and real-time. This technology involves a variety of disciplines such as physics, mathematics, electronics, computer, mechanical engineering, power engineering and chemical engineering. It is an interdisciplinary subject. Its rise and development is based on the research of multi-phase flow technology. Currently, In the experimental study of fluid mechanics and multiphase flow technology, there are some successful examples. The development of process imaging technology has enormous potential benefits for industrial processes. The European Commission (EC) supported a four-year research project (1992-1995) in Europe called Europen Concerned Action on Process To-
