主题教研是校本教研的重要形式之一,我们提倡课堂研究专业化,引导教师从教学实际需要出发,开展系列化主题教研活动,突破教学中的难点和关键性问题,能有效地推动“有效高效”课堂建设的深入发展。具体说来,要开展好主题教学研究工作应采取以下几种形式:一、组织课例研讨,搞好教学诊断课例研讨是一种以课堂教学实例为载体的校本教研形式,它具有贴近教师、即时方便、交互性强、实效显著等基本特点。开展课例研讨,可以实现一线教师与学科专家的直接对话,避免校本教研中同伴互助造成低水平徘徊现象的产生。
