目的:探讨将PBL教学法融入高职高专诊断学教学的效果。方法同等条件下对随机分配的实验组和对照组分别采用PBL教学模式和传统教学模式教授相同的诊断学部分内容,对两组学生的卷面成绩、实践技能成绩、病历书写及分析成绩进行比较,同时针对学生主观印象对PBL组进行问卷调查。结果:两组学生卷面成绩无统计学差异,实践技能成绩、病历书写及分析成绩PBL组较传统组稍高,结果有统计学意义,问卷调查结果显示PBL模式在绝大多数方面较传统教学模式优秀,但在知识的系统性方面存在不足。结论:将PBL教学模式适当的融入传统教学过程中,有助于提高教学质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in higher vocational teaching diagnosis teaching. Methods The experimental group and the control group were randomly assigned to teach the same part of the diagnosis using the PBL teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode under the same conditions. The comparisons of curling performance, practical skills, medical record writing and analysis of the two groups were made At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the PBL group according to the students’ subjective impressions. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of curling results. The scores of practice skills, medical record writing and analysis were slightly higher in the PBL group than in the traditional group, and the results were statistically significant. The questionnaire survey showed that the PBL model was more traditional than the traditional teaching The model is excellent, but there are deficiencies in the systematic aspects of knowledge. Conclusion: PBL teaching mode properly integrated into the traditional teaching process, help to improve the quality of teaching.
