实验发现,在HAc介质中,痕量F~-对Fe~(3+)催化的还原型罗丹明B(RRB)被H_2O_2氧化生成红色产物的反应,有一定的阻化作用。40℃时,固定反应时间10min,不加F~-与加F~-反应产物的吸光度之差值与F~-的浓度呈正比关系。用正交设计优化方法优化实验条件,并用计算机进行数据处理,从而确定了一个新的测定痕量F~-的动力学光度分析方法。方法的灵敏度为1.22×10~(-9)g/ml,线性范围为0.036~0.286μg.ml.用于水样分析,结果与F~-离子选择性电极法所得结果相接近。
