病案是医院的最大信息载体,它反映着医院的医疗技术水平,医院经营水平,在医疗保险、远程医疗及法律效力上扮演着非常重要的角色。病案信息是医院主要的医疗信息群,也是医院最活跃、数量最庞大、使用率最高、发展也最快的信息群。影响医院管理的病案信息主要是病案首页信息,通过病案首页信息的计算机录入、统计软件的处理制作医疗卫生统计报表,对数据进行综合分析。
Medical record is the largest information carrier of the hospital. It reflects the medical technology level of the hospital and the operation level of the hospital.
