以INTEL80C196KB为例,介绍了超过单片机CPU寻址空间外部程序存储器和数据存储器的一种扩展方法,并给出了具体的硬件和软件实现方案。本文所用的扩展方法,也适用于寻址范围限于64KB的其他芯片。
Taking INTEL80C196KB as an example, this paper introduces an extended method that exceeds the external program memory and data memory in the single-chip microcomputer CPU addressing space and gives the specific hardware and software implementation. The extension method used in this article also applies to other chips whose addressing range is limited to 64 KB.
