我国在1973年就开展了药品卫生检验工作,1978年由三部(卫生部、商业部、化工部)联合颁发了“药品卫生标准”,在执行过程中,使“标准”进一步得到了完善,经过修订于1986年由卫生部下达了新的“药品卫生标准”。 “标准”下达对促进药品文明生产和提高药品质量,保证人民用药安全、有效都起到了积极作用。 从我所20多年来对药品卫生质量考查情况看,中成药卫生质量逐年提高,不合格率逐年下降,但也发现还有些药品卫生质量较差,少数生产单位对不能“达标”
In 1973, China started to carry out the inspection of pharmaceutical hygiene. In 1978, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Chemical Industry jointly issued the “Standards of Pharmaceutical Hygiene,” in which the “Standards” were further improved.
